Michele McFadden
Founder & Managing Partner
Michele McFadden is an operational strategist and technology management leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations improve governance, operational efficiency, visibility, and scalability across complex business environments.
With deep expertise in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, vendor governance, procurement alignment, operational process design, and compliance-driven environments, Michele has built and led programs supporting enterprise organizations, regulated industries, and cross-functional operational teams.
Known for her practical, execution-focused approach, Michele specializes in identifying operational gaps, simplifying complex workflows, improving accountability, and building scalable operational frameworks that organizations can sustain long-term. Her work focuses not only on strategy, but on operationalizing solutions that create measurable business value.
Throughout her career, Michele has successfully:
• Built and matured enterprise asset management programs

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Curry College and a Master’s degree in Administrative Studies from Boston College. She also holds seven of the eight available industry certifications in IT Asset Management and is currently completing the final certification, in Artificial Intelligence, reflecting her deep commitment to operational excellence, governance, and industry leadership.

Kailey McCormick
Marketing Director & Partner
Kailey McCormick brings a strong background in communication, client engagement, relationship management, and operational coordination to KJM Strategic Partners.
Currently completing her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at The University of Alabama, Kailey has developed a professional foundation centered around strategic communication, client experience, adaptability, and team collaboration.
With experience spanning customer-facing operations, project coordination support, and fast-paced service environments, Kailey has built a reputation for strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and creating positive client experiences under pressure. Her ability to connect with people, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly to changing environments makes her a valuable part of the firm’s client engagement and marketing initiatives.

Operations Director & Partner
Megan Walsh brings extensive experience in telecommunications operations, network management, disaster response coordination, and operational leadership to KJM Strategic Partners.
With a background in large-scale network operations and infrastructure support, Megan has led teams and coordinated operational response efforts in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where communication, continuity, and rapid problem-solving were critical to business operations.
